Who we are

Veracto is responsible for processing personal data through this website. You can reach us at pilot@veracto.nl.

Which data

Through the pilot form we receive your name, organisation, work e-mail, sector and a short description of your question. This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

We only use these details to contact you about your request and to prepare a possible pilot. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where it leads to an agreement, the steps prior to entering into it (point (b)).

How long

We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than 12 months after that, unless it leads to a pilot or agreement.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your details or share them with third parties, except with service providers we need for e-mail and hosting. They process the data within the EU and only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your details, and object to the processing. E-mail pilot@veracto.nl to do so. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
